Home Orientation Officer

About the role

The Home Orientation Officer supports the Home Orientation team by ensuring every unit, community, and site is fully prepared for customer handover. Working behind the scenes, this role guarantees that cleaning, materials, scheduling, and reporting are all aligned so owners receive a seamless, high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections across 2–4 communities weekly, sign off on cleaning completion certificates and verify handover readiness.
• Manage daily cleaning schedules, coordinate with vendors and site teams, and resolve any conflicts or quality issues.
• Perform regular stock checks for orientation and key handover materials, maintain accurate reports, and arrange safe transportation of supplies.
• Oversee a 6‑month workflow plan, schedule site visits according to handover volume, and keep a live tracker for the team.
• Produce Excel and PowerPoint reports, dashboards, and presentations on cleaning readiness, stock levels, scheduling performance, and customer experience metrics.
• Track purchase orders, manage procurement actions, and maintain documentation of meetings and action plans.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple communities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation purposes.
• Experience coordinating site operations, cleaning schedules, or materials management.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow a structured workflow.
