About the role
As a Hostess at Ling Ling, Atlantis The Royal, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming impression and ensuring smooth seating flow.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival, inform them of wait times and manage the waiting list.
- Escort guests to their tables and bid farewell when they leave.
- Maintain a friendly, conversational demeanor while delivering excellent customer service.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced team.
