Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, determine party size and seat them at clean, available tables.
• Pull out chairs, place menus, and ensure each setting includes napkins, silverware and other required items.
• Monitor the dining room for seating availability, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, follow clean‑as‑you‑go procedures and keep menus tidy.
• Assist guests with special seating needs and guide them through the dining area.
• Adhere to company, safety and security policies, report incidents and complete required training.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of company information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
