About the role
Our Guest Service Experts take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure that guests enjoy their meal. Whether setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, or cleaning work areas and supplies, the Guest Service Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables and dining areas for guests.
- Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, supplies, and service stations.
- Ensure guests’ dietary preferences are noted and accommodated.
- Assist with menu presentation and answer guest inquiries about dishes.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, moving, lifting up to 25 lb (and up to 50 lb with assistance), and reaching overhead.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
