Hostess – Guest Relations & Seating

About the role

We are looking for a Hostess to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests. The role involves greeting guests, providing accurate wait times, and escorting customers to the dining and bar areas, ensuring a positive dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and provide menus.
• Manage reservations and maintain an accurate waitlist using the restaurant’s reservation system.
• Coordinate table rotation and communicate special requests, large parties, or VIP arrivals to the serving team.
• Answer phone calls, handle inquiries about the menu, reservations, or special events, and support the service team during peak hours.
• Keep the hostess stand and entrance area clean and organized, and assist other team members as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer‑service role, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with professional grooming.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to remain courteous under pressure.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
