About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests at a leading lifestyle dining restaurant in Dubai. The role involves greeting visitors, managing reservations and ensuring a high standard of service.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
- Escort guests to their tables or waiting areas.
- Manage and maintain the reservation system.
- Provide menu and special recommendations to guests.
- Address customer complaints or suggestions and report to management.
- Ensure the restaurant remains clean, well‑maintained and operational.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience as a host/hostess in a high‑end restaurant or hotel.
- Fluent English; additional language (Arabic, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian or Chinese) is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings.
- Positive, reliable and guest‑oriented attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
Required skills
- Knowledge of a restaurant reservation system.
