Hostess – Part‑Time at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Hostess to join the front‑of‑house team at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort, an Anantara property in Abu Dhabi. This part‑time position involves greeting guests, managing seating, and supporting smooth restaurant operations while delivering the brand’s signature hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in a warm, courteous manner, setting a positive tone for their visit.
• Maintain a clean, fully set‑up dining area and ensure tables are ready before guests are seated.
• Handle telephone reservations, follow reservation policies, and provide accurate information about restaurant services.
• Adhere to hotel policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and personal grooming standards.
• Collect guest feedback, address minor issues promptly, and communicate larger concerns to outlet managers.
• Assist with service duties during busy periods, including cashier responsibilities and closing tables.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely service and a smooth operation throughout the shift.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Team‑player attitude and ability to follow SOPs and grooming standards.
• Professional telephone etiquette and clear communication.
• Attention to detail in table setting and cleanliness.
• Willingness to handle cash transactions and support service staff when needed.
