Lobby Ambassador

About the role

The Lobby Ambassador joins the Front Office team at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi, delivering a warm welcome and farewell to guests while upholding the brand’s Legendary Quality Experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a pristine and organized main lobby, ensuring smooth guest flow and minimal congestion.
• Greet and assist all guests, visitors, and VIPs, providing accurate information on hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Stay informed about hotel functions, events, and VIP arrivals, departures, and in‑house stays.
• Perform duties promptly in line with company policies, attend front‑office briefings and training, and adhere to grooming and conduct standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a high‑volume, internationally recognised luxury hotel chain.
• Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to understand guest needs and deliver superior customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
