Hostess (Russian speaker) – Guest Service Expert

About the role

The Guest Service Expert creates a memorable dining experience for guests at St. Regis Dubai, combining attentive service with a welcoming atmosphere. This position requires a Russian‑speaking hostess who can manage table settings, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure smooth service throughout the meal.

Key responsibilities

• Set tables, maintain cleanliness of the dining area, and restock supplies.
• Communicate guest orders and special requests to the kitchen efficiently.
• Interact with guests, serve food and beverages, and provide personalized assistance.
• Verify menu items, read and confirm selections, and guide guests through the menu.
• Adhere to uniform, personal appearance, and safety standards at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, moving on uneven surfaces, and lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (or 50 lb with assistance).
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and health‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Less than one year of related hospitality experience.
• Fluent Russian language skills (mandatory).
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for long periods and handle physical tasks.
• Willingness to follow company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
