About the role
We are seeking a proactive Hotel Management Executive to lead one of our operational shifts in Dubai. The role involves overseeing daily hotel activities, ensuring smooth service delivery, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and guide shift staff, providing clear task instructions.
- Monitor attendance and approve work hours for team members.
- Track and analyse key performance indicators to drive improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and generate performance reports for management review.
- Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
- Meet operational deadlines and uphold service quality standards.
- Address guest concerns promptly to guarantee excellent customer service.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or hotel operations.
- Strong communication abilities and a passion for delivering excellence.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment.
