About the role

Our Guest Service Runner role at The Ritz‑Carlton in Dubai ensures that guests and associates receive items promptly, creating a memorable experience throughout the hotel.

Key responsibilities

Deliver items directly to guest rooms and support departments such as housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants and the front office.
Transport, lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 55 lb, navigate stairs, service ramps and confined spaces safely.
Maintain a professional appearance, follow safety procedures and uphold confidentiality and quality standards.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
No prior work experience required.
No supervisory experience required.
No specific license or certification needed.
