Hotel Runner – Guest Service Support

About the role

Our Guest Service Runner role at The Ritz‑Carlton in Dubai ensures that guests and associates receive items promptly, creating a memorable experience throughout the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver items directly to guest rooms and support departments such as housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants and the front office.
• Transport, lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 55 lb, navigate stairs, service ramps and confined spaces safely.
• Maintain a professional appearance, follow safety procedures and uphold confidentiality and quality standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
