Hotel Waiter – Guest Dining Service

About the role

Join the Bulgari Hotel & Resort team in Dubai as a Waiter, delivering memorable dining experiences to guests from around the world. Whether you are new to hospitality or an experienced professional, you will be valued for your energy, friendly demeanor, and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, attend to tables promptly, and ensure a warm greeting.
• Serve food and beverages, offering recommendations and answering menu questions.
• Maintain accurate transactions using the MICROS point‑of‑sale system.
• Check in with guests throughout the meal to confirm satisfaction.
• Clean and reset tables, complete closing duties, and restock tableware and supplies.

Required profile

• Excellent conversational and teamwork skills.
• Positive, outgoing personality with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to complete safety training and certification prior to employment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MICROS POS system.
