Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

Rotana Hotels is seeking a passionate and dynamic Housekeeping Attendant to join the team at Park Rotana & Park Arjaan Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service through meticulous cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.

Key responsibilities

• Receive work assignments, keys and supplies from the supervisor and sign the key logbook accurately.
• Clean rooms and bathrooms, including making beds, washing sinks, bathtubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors, floors and polishing brass and metal.
• Vacuum carpets, dust and wipe furniture, empty ashtrays and wastebaskets.
• Replenish bathroom and room supplies and arrange guest toiletries neatly.
• Keep fire exits and stairways clear of any obstruction and report maintenance issues immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness of corridors, service pantries and service areas at all times.
• Remove room‑service trays and trolleys from guest rooms and corridors.
• Coordinate with valet service to collect guests' clothes for laundry, dry‑cleaning or pressing.

Required profile

• Vocational training in the housekeeping department of a hotel (preferred).
• Good command of English (advantage).
• Friendly, caring and dedicated with strong cross‑cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to put in extra effort when required and a genuine passion for serving customers.
• Team‑player who enjoys working with a multicultural team and guests.

Required skills

• Good command of English.
