Key responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout guest rooms and public areas.
• Make beds with perfectly plumped pillows and ensure mirrors and surfaces are gleaming.
• Proactively address guest needs and support the smooth operation of the housekeeping department.
• Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages promptly.

Required profile

• Flexibility and a positive “Yes I Can!” attitude.
• Strong eye for detail and creative problem‑solving.
• Passion for delivering extraordinary service.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
