Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant ensures that guest rooms, suites, corridors and service areas at NH Collection Dubai The Palm are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Working closely with the housekeeping team, you will deliver prompt, courteous service that enhances each guest’s stay.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms, suites, corridors and service areas according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, replace linens, towels and guest amenities.
• Clean bathrooms, furniture, mirrors, windows, floors and other fixtures.
• Replenish guest supplies and minibar items as required.
• Stock housekeeping trolleys before each shift and attend daily briefings.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints and respect Do Not Disturb procedures.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, safety hazards and unusual situations immediately.
• Handle lost‑and‑found items in line with hotel policy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in linen rooms, pantries and storage areas.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and follow health, safety and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• At least one month of experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role.
• Ability to follow instructions from the Housekeeping Supervisor and work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and respect for guest privacy.
• Professional personal grooming, hygiene and presentation.

Required skills

• Knowledge of housekeeping operations and cleaning procedures.
