Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

Join the luxury hospitality team at Raffles Dubai as a Housekeeping Attendant. You will ensure guest rooms, balconies, bathrooms, restaurants, and public areas meet the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all assigned areas in line with hotel standards and LQA guidelines.
• Replenish guest amenities and supplies to keep rooms fully equipped.
• Respond promptly, professionally, and courteously to guest requests.
• Report any damage, defects, or malfunctioning equipment to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment in clean, good‑working condition.
• Complete assigned room and productivity reports accurately.
• Attend daily briefings and follow all Housekeeping SOPs.

Required profile

• Ability to follow LQA standards and hotel SOPs.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Prompt and courteous response to guest needs.
• Willingness to report issues and maintain equipment.
