About the role
We are seeking a diligent Housekeeping Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas at our Dubai hotel. Working under the supervision of the housekeeping team, you will ensure that all standards of performance and safety are consistently met.
Key responsibilities
- Collect keys and daily assignments, prepare trolley and equipment for efficient task execution.
- Clean and replenish guest rooms and bathrooms according to hotel standards.
- Arrange and tidy guest belongings while maintaining room order.
- Coordinate with Valet Service for guest laundry, dry‑cleaning, or pressing requests.
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors, service pantries, and service areas.
- Report maintenance issues to the Engineering Department promptly.
- Observe environmental, health, and safety procedures throughout all duties.
Required profile
- Ability to follow supervisors’ instructions and hotel policies.
- Attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Willingness to adhere to environmental, health, and safety standards.
