Housekeeping Attendant – Luxury Beach Resort

About the role

Join the InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa team as a Housekeeping Attendant. You will help maintain the high standards of a luxury beachfront resort, ensuring every guest enjoys a pristine and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist guests with requests, from forgotten items to directions within the property.
• Communicate progress and any issues to the supervising manager promptly.
• Monitor and control housekeeping supplies to reduce waste.
• Locate and return lost or misplaced guest items.
• Participate in periodic deep‑clean projects throughout the resort.

Required profile

• Physically fit; able to stand for long periods and perform occasional lifting of up to 50 lb (23 kg).
• Capable of bending, kneeling, and handling heavy objects safely.
• Basic literacy – reading, writing and simple math skills.
• Flexible schedule – availability for night shifts, weekends and holidays.
