Housekeeping Supervisor – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi is seeking an efficient, passionate and team‑oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead its housekeeping team. In this role you will ensure guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces are delivered to IHG brand standards, creating a clean and welcoming environment for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Housekeeping Attendants.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas before guest arrival to verify cleanliness, maintenance and presentation.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns and deliver friendly professional service.
• Coach, train and provide regular feedback to housekeeping staff to maintain consistent service standards.
• Monitor room status, productivity and daily assignments to optimise operational efficiency.
• Support a safe working environment by applying health, safety and infection‑prevention procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in hotel housekeeping operations or supervision.
• Strong knowledge of chemical handling, infection prevention and health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to IHG brand standards.
