Housekeeping Supervisor – Dubai

About the role

Shineon is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and elevate our cleaning operations across Dubai. You will own the end‑to‑end housekeeping process, train the team, and ensure the highest service standards for hotel and holiday‑home properties.

Key responsibilities

• Train and mentor housekeeping staff across all positions.
• Develop, document and continuously improve SOPs for turnover, cleaning and quality control.
• Conduct practical training sessions, refresher courses and staff assessments.
• Manage cleaning supplies, linen, amenities and equipment, maintaining accurate stock records and regular inventory audits.
• Build and maintain a reliable network of UAE vendors, negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
• Support the Operations Coordinator with scheduling, task allocation and daily problem‑solving.
• Inspect units across Dubai to ensure quality standards and provide on‑site support.
• Identify operational gaps, propose solutions and assist with client conversations and business‑development opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of hotel or holiday‑home housekeeping experience in the UAE at a supervisory level.
• Proven track record in training and developing housekeeping teams.
• Strong practical knowledge of professional housekeeping standards and SOP creation.
• Established network of reliable UAE vendors and suppliers.
• Excellent inventory and organisational abilities.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence and personal vehicle.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, multi‑site environment.
