Housekeeping Supervisor – Dubai Science Park Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team at the Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park. You will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and service across guest rooms and public areas, contributing to memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleaning standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, corridors, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Allocate daily work, monitor productivity and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping‑related concerns promptly.
• Train, coach and motivate team members while fostering a collaborative environment.
• Monitor supplies, linen and amenities, report shortages and assist with inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, health and safety regulations.
• Assist with deep‑cleaning projects and support the team during peak occupancy periods.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with Engineering to maintain room condition.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of housekeeping experience, including supervisory experience in a hotel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high‑quality standards.
• Leadership ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
