About the role
The Housekeeping Supervisor supports the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Executive Housekeeper in delivering flawless housekeeping operations at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort. This role ensures daily duties are assigned, standards are met, and the team is developed to provide exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior housekeeping leadership in overall department management.
- Assign daily tasks to housekeeping staff and monitor completion.
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Oversee team development and training to maintain high service quality.
- Address guest feedback and ensure prompt resolution of housekeeping issues.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of experience in hotel housekeeping operations.
- Effective supervisory and leadership abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
- Willingness to relocate to a remote resort location.
