About the role
Best Western Premier Dubai is expanding its housekeeping team and seeks a motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to uphold the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will lead a team of associates, ensuring rooms and public areas are presented impeccably while delivering attentive service to guests.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and public areas.
- Ensure housekeeping duties are completed efficiently and in line with hotel standards.
- Deliver excellent guest service and respond professionally to guest requests.
- Support daily housekeeping operations and keep the work environment organized.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth departmental workflow.
