Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Banyan Tree Dubai, you will lead daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces meet luxury standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, suites and public areas, report maintenance issues and ensure timely room release for arrivals.
• Supervise and allocate tasks to room attendants, provide on‑the‑job training, conduct briefings and monitor performance.
• Maintain cleaning schedules, support deep‑clean projects and ensure proper use of equipment and chemicals.
• Respond to guest requests, handle special amenities, and manage feedback professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards, and manage inventory of linens and supplies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of housekeeping experience with supervisory duties in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong understanding of housekeeping operations, room standards and cleaning techniques.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with hotel PMS systems (advantageous).
