About the role
We are seeking a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to join our luxury hotel in Downtown Dubai. In this role you will support the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Executive Housekeeper in delivering impeccable cleanliness and guest experiences across the property.
Key responsibilities
- Assign daily duties to housekeeping staff and ensure tasks are completed to the highest standards.
- Inspect rooms and public areas for compliance with cleanliness and presentation guidelines.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
- Coach and develop team members to enhance performance and service quality.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate guest requests and special projects.
Required profile
- Minimum five years of experience in hotel housekeeping operations.
- Proven supervisory abilities with a focus on team leadership.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
