HR Analyst

About the role

Averda is seeking a data‑driven HR Analyst to join its Abu Dhabi team. The role supports core HR operations by analysing workforce data and delivering insightful reports that guide strategic decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong HR systems expertise with hands‑on recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and craft clear job descriptions.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire and quality of hire.
• Collect, analyse and interpret HR metrics including headcount, turnover, absenteeism and performance indicators.
• Prepare regular HR dashboards and management reports to support data‑driven decision making.
• Monitor HR trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve processes.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data and up‑to‑date employee records.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Provide ad‑hoc support for HR projects across the Emirates.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional HR experience with a focus on recruitment and operations support.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to travel within the UAE when required.
• High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR systems such as SAP and ATA.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.
