HR Assistant – Recruitment & Administration

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Assistant to support our growing yacht rental operation in Dubai. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment, medical insurance administration, and employee record keeping for office staff, ground personnel, and offshore crew.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full recruitment cycles – sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding for all staff categories.
• Process medical insurance applications, enrollments and renewals in line with UAE labour regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee profiles, attendance, leave balances and service files within the HRIS.
• Prepare employment letters, service certificates, NOC letters and other official documentation.
• Act as the first point of contact for staff queries, employee‑relations issues and performance‑review tracking.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field with MOFA attestation.
• Immediate availability and fluency in Burmese (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of HRIS platforms.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Understanding of UAE labour law and medical insurance policies.
