Quality & Training Officer

About the role

The Quality & Training Officer will support the Human Resources function at Luxury Collection in Dubai, ensuring accurate employee records, smooth onboarding, and compliance with company policies. This role blends administrative responsibilities with a focus on maintaining quality standards and providing training support for staff.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain filing systems and employee personnel files.
• Prepare and type office correspondence, distribute and route mail.
• Order and track HR office supplies and forms.
• Answer phone calls, record messages, and assist walk‑in candidates with application procedures.
• Maintain a clean, accessible application area and ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
• Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding HR programs, policies, and guidelines.
• Inform HR management of employee‑relations issues and uphold confidentiality of records.
• Follow company policies, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and uphold professional appearance standards.
• Enter and locate work‑related information using computers and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of related HR or administrative experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• No supervisory experience required.
