HR Business Partner – Business Unit (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our Dubai business unit and act as a strategic advisor to leadership. You will help shape people practices, improve team effectiveness, and drive a high‑performing culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor business unit performance and recommend improvements to team structure, processes, and culture.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen work relationships, boost morale, and increase retention.
• Analyze people‑related data, identify trends, and present actionable insights.
• Provide HR policy guidance and ensure seamless execution of People Practice programs.
• Administer organization‑wide initiatives such as performance reviews, rewards, and recognition.
• Contribute to the design and execution of the HR Strategic Business Plan.
• Develop annual engagement programs that extend to employees' families and alumni.
• Oversee HR operations including MIS reporting, payroll inputs, and other administrative tasks.
• Stay current with industry best practices and introduce innovative HR solutions.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience interpreting HR metrics.
• Proven track record of improving employee experience and retention.
• Ability to manage multiple HR programs simultaneously.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
