HR Executive / HR Specialist

About the role

H2R Design is seeking a dynamic HR Executive / HR Specialist to lead core human‑resources functions in its Dubai office. The role involves partnering with management to drive recruitment, employee relations, performance management and compliance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Handle employee relations issues and advise on HR policies.
• Support payroll, attendance, leave management and benefits administration.
• Coordinate employee engagement, training and development programmes.
• Assist with performance management and talent development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal policies.
• Prepare HR reports, contracts, letters and other documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality, retail or service industries.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and UAE labour law.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
