HR Generalist

About the role

Justlife is looking for an HR Generalist to own the end‑to‑end employee experience across its Dubai office and remote workforce. The role combines office operations, engagement, recruitment, visa compliance, benefits and data reporting, with a strong focus on speed, warmth and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the employee experience by handling first‑day onboarding, benefits queries and office requests quickly and warmly.
• Manage office operations, maintain facilities, coordinate with building management and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Design and run engagement initiatives for both on‑site and remote team members.
• Coordinate recruitment interviews, communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Process visas and ensure compliance with DMCC regulations and UAE labour law.
• Administer health insurance and other benefits, keeping employees informed.
• Own people data integrity, audit records and produce clear reports for the People & Culture team.
• Identify and implement AI or automation solutions to streamline manual HR processes.

Required profile

• Demonstrated improvement of workplace processes with measurable results (e.g., hours saved, satisfaction increased).
• Ability to design and prototype automation or AI workflows for manual tasks.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, office management or people ops.
• Hands‑on experience with an HRIS such as BambooHR and a strong focus on data quality.
• Working knowledge of UAE labour law and DMCC compliance, or proven ability to learn quickly.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret spreadsheets and present insights to senior leadership.
• Calm, organized and personable in a fast‑moving multinational environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
