HR Intern – Gain Hands‑On Experience in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to support our HR and Operations teams in Dubai. This unpaid position offers hands‑on exposure to HR processes within a fast‑paced media environment, allowing you to develop practical knowledge of recruitment, administration and employee coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with freelancer, intern and temporary staff requests and coordinate related HR requirements.
• Support the administration and documentation of HR processes, including record‑keeping and filing.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR and Operations teams as needed.
• Manage specific HR or administrative projects from initiation to completion.

Required profile

• Current student, recent graduate, or individual seeking practical experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
