About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager who is fluent in Russian and English to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on driving recruitment, onboarding, and fostering a strong corporate culture while ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various functions.
- Manage employee onboarding and adaptation programs.
- Develop and promote corporate culture initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR matters.
Required profile
- Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR managerial or senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour legislation.
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership abilities.
- Energetic, proactive and people-oriented attitude.

- Competitive salary ranging from AED 13,000 to AED 18,000 per month, based on experience.
