HR Officer – Dubai

About the role

Dewvale School Al Quoz is seeking a professional and organized HR Officer to join its team in Dubai. This full‑time position is ideal for an experienced HR professional who can manage daily HR operations, support employees and ensure smooth administrative processes within the school.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR administration and coordinate employee‑related activities.
• Maintain employee records, contracts and confidential HR documentation.
• Support recruitment activities, including CV screening and interview scheduling.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new staff.
• Monitor attendance, leave records and ensure accurate HR documentation.
• Assist with employee relations and workplace support initiatives.
• Prepare HR letters, reports, forms and other documentation.
• Coordinate payroll‑related activities with the finance department.
• Support HR policy implementation and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate performance review processes and employee engagement programmes.
• Collaborate closely with school management, finance and administration departments.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing multiple HR responsibilities simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
