HR Officer – Full‑time, Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our Abu Dhabi team. The role involves managing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations, and supporting employees with government‑related matters.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day HR activities and employee relations.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Process government‑related applications and manage official procedures.
• Coordinate with UAE government authorities and online portals.
• Assist employees with HR and immigration requirements.
• Ensure all HR practices comply with UAE labour laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong communication, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of UAE labour law and immigration procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using UAE government online portals.
