HR Officer / HR Executive – Dubai

About the role

GT4 Car Care is looking for an HR Officer / HR Executive to manage daily human‑resources and administrative functions at its Al Qusais facility in Dubai. The role supports employee record management, onboarding, policy compliance and HR documentation in line with UAE labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day HR administrative operations and respond to employee relations queries.
• Maintain complete physical and digital personnel files, visa documents and employment records.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, schedule interviews and manage new‑hire onboarding processes.
• Ensure company practices align with internal policies and UAE Labour Law.
• Track attendance, leave records and prepare documentation for payroll processing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on HR experience within the UAE.
• Basic knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR administration procedures.
• Strong organisational efficiency and problem‑solving abilities.

What we offer

• Salary range AED 4,000 – AED 7,000 per month (estimated)
