HR Programs and Reporting Analyst Coordinator

About the role

The incumbent will drive the Specialist Development Program (SDP) by analysing existing systems, identifying operational requirements and closing reporting gaps. The role focuses on automating processes, ensuring data accuracy and supporting senior leadership with executive‑level documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse SDP systems, resolve data gaps and streamline processes through automation or redesign.
• Manage SDP accountability metrics, conduct audits and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Facilitate SDP/APDP Board meetings: organise sessions, prepare agendas, minutes, presentations, dashboards and executive e‑packages.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to guarantee data integrity, system reliability and accurate program reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Training & Development, HR Operations or a similar analytical role.
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills, with the ability to convey program guidelines and reporting insights.
• Analytical mindset for data‑driven problem solving and support of advisory committees.
• Commitment to data governance, establishing entry standards and job‑architecture frameworks across SDP departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with PDF Professional Reader for executive documents.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI and AI for reporting automation and dashboard enhancements.
• Data analytics and visualization capabilities.
