About the role
PACT Employment is hiring an experienced HR professional for a growing manufacturing organisation based in KEZAD, Abu Dhabi. The role covers recruitment, HR administration, payroll coordination, performance management and employee relations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee administration.
- Coordinate and manage monthly payroll processing and related HR documentation.
- Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace concerns.
- Manage the full performance management cycle, including performance reviews and appraisals.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, attendance and leave documentation.
- Support employees and management and coordinate with other departments on workforce needs.
Required profile
- 5+ years of HR Generalist experience in manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, HR administration, payroll, employee grievances and performance management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
