HR Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead and optimise the end‑to‑end HR processes for our Dubai office. The role will oversee onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits, audits and the digital transformation of HR services, ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws and delivering a high‑quality employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full onboarding cycle, including PRO processes and induction updates.
• Conduct employee‑wellbeing meetings, Gemba walks and engagement activities to reduce attrition.
• Review, update and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts and close Zoho escalations.
• Oversee payroll, end‑of‑service (EOS) and benefits administration, approve salary revisions and manage injury claims.
• Approve employee‑related requests and invoices in Fusion promptly.
• Serve as the single point of contact for escalated employee queries, ensuring labour‑law compliance.
• Lead internal and external audits, address findings and ensure closure.
• Drive annual performance appraisal cycles and coordinate training programmes.
• Champion digitisation and automation of HR processes in partnership with IT.
• Supervise and develop the HR team, evaluating performance against organisational goals.
• Lead special projects, analyse HR metrics and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR operations and employee relations within a large organisation.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour legislation and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage payroll, benefits and EOS processes.
• Experience handling audits and implementing process improvements.
• Leadership skills to guide and develop an HR team.
• Excellent stakeholder management and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
