HR Operations Manager

About the role

Lead HR operations across the UAE and selected GCC markets, ensuring efficient service delivery, consistent processes, compliance with local labour laws, and a strong employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR operations across multiple GCC countries.
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions and off‑boarding.
• Handle payroll inputs, benefits administration, leave and end‑of‑service processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE and GCC labour laws, company policies and audit requirements.
• Support employee relations, disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data and provide HR reports and dashboards.
• Oversee visa, work permit and immigration processes with relevant teams.
• Standardise and improve HR processes, SOPs and service delivery.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of HR experience with strong HR Operations exposure.
• 3+ years in a managerial or regional role supporting multiple GCC countries.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and wider GCC employment practices.
• Background in FMCG, food manufacturing, consumer goods, manufacturing or similar fast‑paced environment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field; CIPD/SHRM advantageous.
