HR Operations & Payroll Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an HR Operations & Payroll Specialist to ensure the accuracy and compliance of core HR systems, payroll, compensation, benefits, attendance, and performance management for a leading construction and contracting client in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain HR ERP data including employee records, leave, assets, and status changes.
• Validate WPS inputs and perform reconciliation before each payroll run.
• Administer compensation and benefits according to the approved grading structure.
• Monitor daily attendance, resolve discrepancies with department heads, and configure performance appraisal modules.
• Process leave and end‑of‑service settlements within SLA.
• Develop and enforce HR SOPs for ERP, payroll, attendance, and settlements.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and Wage Protection System requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant experience in HR operations, payroll, or compensation & benefits, preferably in construction or a similarly intensive UAE sector.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP/HR systems.
