HR Officer

About the role

The Human Resources Officer will serve as the primary liaison between management and both medical and non‑medical staff at New Royal Medical and Dental Center. Reporting to the Center Manager and senior management, the role ensures compliance with local healthcare licensing, visa processes, and UAE labour regulations while supporting workforce development and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date personnel files and verify compliance with MOHAP, MOHRE and other regulatory bodies.
• Track and renew medical credentials, CME requirements, BLS cards and vaccinations for clinical staff.
• Ensure all HR processes adhere to the latest UAE Labour Law and are audit‑ready.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment, including candidate communication, medical evaluations and onboarding documentation.
• Manage Emiratization initiatives via the Nafis portal, monitor quota compliance and support UAE national employees with subsidies and career development plans.
• Liaise with the Public Relations Officer to process employment visas, residency updates and ID cards.
• Update employee data, process leave requests and provide accurate attendance, penalty and bonus information to the finance team for payroll.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR within a healthcare environment, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour legislation, MOHAP and MOHRE licensing requirements.
• Familiarity with Emiratization policies and the Nafis recruitment platform.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple compliance tasks simultaneously.
