HR Partner – Builder Experience Team (BeXT)

About the role

Amazon is looking for an HR Partner to join the Builder Experience Team (BeXT) in Dubai. You will help shape the employee experience for AWS Builders, driving inclusion, engagement and innovative HR solutions across talent, performance, compensation and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders at multiple levels to develop forward‑looking HR strategies and support decision‑making.
• Consult, coach and develop leadership on talent management, performance, compensation and employee relations.
• Advocate for Builders by designing end‑to‑end experiences that increase engagement and foster inclusion.
• Serve as an escalation point and mentor teammates, modeling Amazon’s Leadership Principles.
• Collaborate with AWS business leaders and other HR teams to implement and deploy HR initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and influencing skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous, fast‑changing environments.
• Demonstrated empathy, high judgement and a passion for improving employee experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and delivering HR solutions at scale.
