HR Risk & Employee Relations COE Manager – Middle East

About the role

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead the Risk and Employee Relations Centre of Excellence across the Middle East for a 12‑14 month assignment. Based in Dubai with coverage of Riyadh and Doha, you will shape the regional HR risk framework and advise senior leaders on complex workplace matters.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR risk and employee relations policies for the Middle East region.
• Lead high‑impact employee relations initiatives, including investigations into grievances, misconduct and workplace conflicts.
• Act as a trusted advisor to HR services, business leaders and employees, providing guidance on best practices and compliance.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance and HR teams to proactively mitigate risks and enhance employee experience.
• Maintain up‑to‑date case data, document conversations and produce high‑quality reports.
• Analyse trends and data insights on cases to recommend preventive measures such as training or policy updates.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in employee relations, conflict resolution and HR risk management.
• Proven ability to manage sensitive investigations and deliver fair, compliant outcomes.
• Strong advisory skills with senior leadership and cross‑functional partners.
• Excellent analytical capabilities to interpret case data and identify trends.
