HSE Engineer

About the role

Maestro is looking for an experienced HSE Engineer to join its growing team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on health, safety and environmental management for construction and EPC projects, ensuring a safe working environment across all sites.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures and safety requirements across project sites.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments and safety audits.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and project safety standards.
• Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks and HSE training sessions.
• Prepare and maintain HSE reports, records and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
• Relevant HSE experience, preferably within the construction or EPC industry.
• Good understanding of UAE HSE regulations and construction safety practices.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities in project environments.
