HSE Inspector – Safety & Environment Monitoring

About the role

The HSE Inspector will conduct observations and inspections to ensure that health, safety, environment and security standards are fully met across assets, operations, projects and equipment. The role involves timely communication of potential risks and hazards, supporting a safe working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and oversee implementation of HSE standards, policies and procedures across sites, plants and processes.
• Identify, assess and report chemical, physical, biological, ergonomic and other workplace hazards.
• Determine appropriate inspection tools and techniques for each type of inspection.
• Investigate non‑conformities, record incident details and support incident investigations.
• Confirm compliance of processes, materials and equipment with HSE practices.
• Monitor use and condition of personal protective equipment and advise on correct usage.
• Prepare and deliver inspection reports, promoting HSE awareness among site personnel.

Required profile

• Proven ability to perform HSE observations and inspections.
• Experience in risk assessment and incident handling.
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards, policies and reporting procedures.
