HSE Manager (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Parsons Corporation is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join its Abu Dhabi team. You will lead health, safety and environment initiatives on construction sites, ensuring compliance with local regulations and Parsons’ ESHARP management system. This role offers the chance to shape safety culture across large‑scale projects.

Key responsibilities

• Advise senior construction site representatives on ESHARP and Parsons SH&E processes.
• Develop site‑specific work plans, compliance programs, training and orientation aligned with regulations and client requirements.
• Collaborate with SH&E, project and program managers to evaluate contractor safety performance.
• Audit projects and worksites, produce written audit reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Implement occupational injury and incident reporting, conduct investigations and root‑cause analyses.
• Analyse trends from audits, inspections and incident reports and present regular analysis reports.
• Represent SH&E management during regulatory safety inspections.
• Supervise emergency response and first‑aid teams during incidents.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HSE management within construction or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of local SH&E regulations and international best practices.
• Ability to develop and deliver safety training and orientation programs.
• Excellent analytical skills for audit and incident trend analysis.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
