HSE Manager – High‑Rise Construction

About the role

The company, a leading construction firm in Dubai, seeks an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental operations on a flagship high‑rise development. This senior position will shape safety strategy, ensure regulatory compliance and foster a proactive safety culture across a large, multi‑disciplinary workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all HSE activities on the high‑rise project site, ensuring alignment with UAE municipal standards and international codes.
• Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive HSE policies, safety manuals and emergency procedures.
• Conduct thorough hazard assessments, regular site audits and formal incident investigations.
• Lead safety briefings and deliver continuous HSE training for contractors and site personnel.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports, maintaining accurate documentation of safety performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HSE experience, with proven work on high‑rise construction projects in the UAE.
• Fluent Arabic communication is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large safety teams and drive cultural change.
