HSE System Coordinator

About the role

The HSE System Coordinator ensures the effective operation, governance and continuous improvement of health, safety and environment (HSE) systems across construction projects. Working in both civil and oil & gas environments, the role maintains accurate HSE data, supports compliance and audit activities, and facilitates training and incident reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain HSE Information Management Systems, performing data entry, validation and record keeping for incidents, audits, inspections, training and corrective actions.
• Control HSE documentation, including policies, procedures, manuals, incident and audit reports, ensuring version control and proper filing both electronically and physically.
• Support internal and external HSE audits, track regulatory requirements, and manage corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely follow‑up.
• Maintain training matrices and competency records, coordinate updates to training completion and certification status, and distribute training materials.
• Prepare and submit HSE reports to management and relevant authorities, and assist with ISO, ADOSH and other certification processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of experience in HSE systems administration or related roles.
• Proven ability to ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across multiple HSE platforms.
• Experience supporting audits, regulatory compliance and certification processes.
• Strong organizational skills for managing both digital and physical HSE records.
